All orders typically require 1–2 business days for processing and warehouse preparation before they are ready for pickup or shipping.

Pickup Location: 1900 Washington Ave. Unit E, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Requirement: Please bring a valid government-issued ID and your order confirmation email.
3. Shipping & Delivery Services
Standard Delivery Time: 2–3 business days within our service area.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select products and specific zip codes. Please contact our hotline at (267) 886-7865 to verify availability.
Delivery Method: All deliveries are Curbside Only. Drivers are not authorized to move materials into your home or up stairs.
4. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping Policy
Free Local Delivery: Available for orders that meet BOTH of the following conditions:
Total order value is $2,000 or more.
Delivery address is within 30 miles of our Philadelphia warehouse.
Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $75 – $200 applies to orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria or are located between 30 and 60 miles from our warehouse.
5. Inspection and Damages
At Delivery: Customers must inspect all items upon arrival. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
